Easy returns

Before you can return a product, you must register it with us for proper processing. Follow the steps below and we'll arrange it quickly.

    Please read our return policy carefully. Any questions? Feel free to ask

  • Step 2

    Please fill out the form on this page or contact us.

  • Step 3

    Please wait for our email with confirmation & return information.

  • Step 4

    Print the attachment from the confirmation email and package the product. You can now send it via a postal service.

  • Step 5

    Please also send us a copy of the shipping receipt via service@intovate.com, stating your Intovate order number.

  • Step 6

    Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect it. Once approved, we will process the refund.

    Tips for returns

    Always send your package with a track & trace code so you can track its arrival.

    We recommend insuring your shipment.
    This protects against loss, damage, or other issues that could prevent the package from arriving. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned package.

    Return address & costs

    After registering via the form, you will receive our return address. This is currently only available in the Netherlands. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

    How do I get refunded?

    After receiving and approving your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. We cannot deviate from this policy. The money will usually be back in your account within a few days of approval.

    What if I refuse or do not collect the package?

    We cannot issue a refund without a return. So make sure you accept the package and return it if you don't want it.
